NDIS reboot: the stocktake after the shoplifters left

Canberra spent a decade watching the NDIS get looted and is now calling the clean-up reform.

The scheme was built to help people who couldn't help themselves, and the rorters turned it into a trough because nobody in Canberra could be bothered watching the gate. Now the same governments that let the cousins and the consultants and the shelf-company providers feast for a decade are calling it 'reform' — mate, it's a stocktake after the shoplifters have left.
